Against this backdrop, Sparkasse Vogtland launched a project to comprehensively restructure its re-tail banking business. This prestigious project was accompanied by Berg Lund &amp; Company. The project team was faced with the chal-lenge of reorganizing the entire private cus-tomer business concept within just four months and preparing for a smooth imple-mentation. \u201cSpeed is a key success factor in our business model,\u201d says CEO Mr. M\u00fchlbauer, explaining the need for rapid pro-gress and the assurance of short decision-making paths in the project. In the following four months of the conception phase, con-ceptual results on the following topics were developed in specialist sprints with up to four creative workshops:     <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-347bc75 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"347bc75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>Basic customer relationship strategy<\/li>\n<li>Product strategy<\/li>\n<li>Multi-channel strategy<\/li>\n<li>Branch strategy <\/li>\n<li>Data analytics<\/li>\n<li>Service strategy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b6d763 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b6d763\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The specialized sprints were characterized by the fact that Board of Management decision papers on the respective subject area were prepared within two weeks. This consistent focus on results avoided endless discussions and irrelevant detailed review assignments, as is sometimes the case in traditional pro-jects. Instead, the project culture was char-acterized by creative workshop designs, open discussions and comprehensive commit-ment through the definition of topic responsi-bilities. In the end, every recommendation developed by the Management Board was ap-proved and the momentum was immediately used to tackle implementation.   <\/p>\n<p>Sparkasse Vogtland will now transfer the suc-cessful sprint format and the proven agile methods to the realignment of other sales units &#8211; again with the support of
