Starting Point:

  • The challenging business development of a subsidiary within the Group requires its fundamental realignment
  • The restructuring concept is based on strengthening the core business and transferring individual functions within the group (e.g. logistics, customer service)
  • The task of the project is the conceptual development and implementation of appropriate measures to restructure the business model

Activities BLC:

  • Detailing and preparation of measures to realize the selected future option
  • (Further) development of the overall strategy as well as the organizational and operational structure for the subsidiary in question (incl. organizational charts, process maps)
  • Setting up suitable program structures, accompanying change management and ongoing steering and reporting mechanisms

Key results:

  • Four business divisions spun off and customers/turnover secured through seamless transfer of tasks within the Group
  • New business strategy including growth targets developed and tracking for growth paths introduced
  • Measures for efficient realignment of organisational setup and business processes developed and implemented
