Starting Point:

  • Before the project, the brand concept for one of the Group’s brands was reorganized and ambitious growth targets were defined
  • Due to delays in implementation, the result is currently lagging well behind the company’s own targets
  • The task of the project is to develop and strategically evaluate options for action (e.g. stand-alone restructuring, integration, exit)

Activities BLC:

  • Analysis of business development, market environment, competitors
  • Modelling of scenarios incl. respective business cases
  • Development of roadmap and concrete measures / steps for implementation

Key results:

  • Detailed scenario analysis including financial planning calculation carried out
  • Well-founded decision paper including recommendation, implications and implementation roadmap created with the involvement of the relevant stakeholders
  • Decision and commitment for recommended course of action brought about and implementation initiated
