Starting Point:
- Before the project, the brand concept for one of the Group’s brands was reorganized and ambitious growth targets were defined
- Due to delays in implementation, the result is currently lagging well behind the company’s own targets
- The task of the project is to develop and strategically evaluate options for action (e.g. stand-alone restructuring, integration, exit)
Activities BLC:
- Analysis of business development, market environment, competitors
- Modelling of scenarios incl. respective business cases
- Development of roadmap and concrete measures / steps for implementation
Key results:
- Detailed scenario analysis including financial planning calculation carried out
- Well-founded decision paper including recommendation, implications and implementation roadmap created with the involvement of the relevant stakeholders
- Decision and commitment for recommended course of action brought about and implementation initiated
